Electrical contact strip is supplied in engineered alloy systems and formats designed for precision stamping and forming of contact components. Materials are selected based on switching performance requirements, including conductivity, arc behavior, and wear resistance
Available in a range of thicknesses and widths, contact strip supports high-volume manufacturing of contacts, terminals, and switching elements where consistency and material integrity are critical to performance.
Contact Strip Alloy and Form Options

Silver Alloy contact wire is produced in round, flat, and shaped profiles to support stamping, riveting, and automated assembly processes. Alloy selection and wire geometry are engineered to deliver consistent electrical performance and mechanical formability.
Wire formats are supplied across a range of diameters (0.02–.180 diameter) and coil and spool configurations to support both in-house production and customer-specific manufacturing requirements.
Contact material rod is supplied for machining, forging, and rivet manufacturing applications where controlled material properties and dimensional stability are required. Materials are engineered to maintain conductivity, structural integrity, and consistency through downstream processing.
Available across a range of diameters and lengths, rod forms support high-volume production of electrical contact components and assemblies.
