Laura Folan serves as Controller for Checon's manufacturing businesses. In this role, she is responsible for leading accounting operations, including inventory control, cost analysis, general accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational analysis. Laura works closely with the Alloy Holdings finance team across divisions and collaborates with members of the leadership team to support financial discipline, operational transparency, and strategic decision-making.

Laura brings more than 20 years of experience in .finance and accounting, with a strong focus on manufacturing organizations. Prior to joining Alloy Holdings, she served as Controller at Integra LifeSciences and previously held a Finance Manager role at Emerson, where she developed deep expertise in financial planning, cost management, and operational finance.

Laura earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Simmons College and later completed her MBA in Accounting from Bryant University.
