As Checon's Procurement Manager,  Lori Kummerfeldt uses her skills in supplier relationship management and purchasing strategy optimization to achieve significant cost savings while maintaining the highest quality standards. With over ten years in procurement and customer service roles at Checon, Lori works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the purchasing activities align with business objectives and is always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures.

Before joining Checon, Lori had twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry where she developed skills in inside sales and account management. Her responsibilities included managing new and existing accounts up and down the east coast, with increased responsibility and account leadership. In each of these roles, Lori was recognized as a dedicated and accomplished professional with a passion for excellence in all aspects of her work.

Lori is known as a determined self-starter who takes pride in producing quality work and achieving successful outcomes. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family in New Hampshire, dining out with friends, and cooking lots of creative meals with her husband.
