Renee Wetterland brings over 15 years of diverse human resources experience as Vice President of Human Resources at Alloy Holdings. Her background spans multiple industries—retail, transportation, healthcare, and non-profit—where she has helped organizations build strong, people-focused cultures. At Alloy Holdings, Renee partners with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives while supporting day-to-day HR operations across multiple company sites, including Lee’s Manufacturing and Morvillo Precision Products.

A graduate of Roger Williams University with a BS in Business Management, Renee also holds the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to organizational excellence.
