Joining as the VP of Transformation and Integration in 2021, Ryan led Alloy Holdings' strategy, corporate development and enterprise initiatives. He currently serves as the Senior VP, Operations for the Alloy Holdings group, driving operational performance across the portfolio in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, and EH&S. He also serves as General Manager of the Lee's Manufacturing business unit.

Ryan has held various operational roles throughout his career. He has extensive international experience (UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Central & South America) in numerous industries, including consumer goods, government, defense, and industrial markets. Before joining Alloy Holdings, Ryan worked as Director of Multi-Site Operations for the Flow Control Group, focusing on operational excellence, lean implementation, and Sales and Operations Planning.

As a professional, his passion is to engage in opportunities where he can drive performance improvement through organizational development, strategic planning, and tactical execution. He is a process improvement team leader with DNA coded for change.

Ryan holds a BS in International Business and Operational Management from Rhode Island College and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. He resides in Barrington, RI, with his wife and daughter, and is an avid golf and squash player who enjoys a daily fitness routine.
