Ted Haley recently joined Checon in the role of Quality Manager, where he is applying more than twenty years of experience in quality assurance and quality systems management from the manufacturing, and medical device industries. Ted is a motivated and dedicated team builder focused on making Checon's quality system solid and lean, allowing work to flow efficiently to the highest quality standards.

A graduate of the Wentworth Institute of Technology, Ted is a learned Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems practitioner in a variety of industries and worldwide regulations and standards, including FDA 21CFR820, MDD/MDR, SOR98/282, MHLW No. 169, 2004 (JPAL), ISO13485, ISO 14971, ISO9001, and AS9100. Ted's knowledge and professional experience include organizational culture, interpersonal leadership, conflict and change management, customer relations improvement, RA/QA divestiture, and M&A of physical plants.

Ted resides in Bridgewater, where he lives with his wife and son. He enjoys hiking, camping, and boating when he is not moonlighting as a professional guitarist and singer.
